About 10 years ago I was finishing my Masters degree in New Orleans. I had stuck around for an extra year while my friends had moved on to real jobs. I was alone, stressed about finding that perfect job, living with terrible roommates and the worst part - I was suffering from debilitating fear and anxiety.
Every day was a struggle. I was afraid to leave the house to go to class. I constantly felt an underlying anxiety that told me I needed to leave, I needed to get home, I was too far from my safe place. I couldn't travel, flying anywhere was completely out of the picture. My life was miserable.
Fast forward to today. I have traveled and lived all over the world. I can't remember the last time I had a panic attack. I'm happily married to a woman I love, but don't rely on for emotional well-being.
Over the course of my recovery, I frequently thought about helping others with the similar problems. I went through years of mediocre therapy and ineffective strategies. I don't regret my process because it made me stronger, but I do think there is a better way. After years of research and consulting with therapists and psychiatrists for advice, I created the Anxiety Relief Courses for you.
